With the PCB Arts standoffs, it becomes effortless to solder double-sided populated PCBs. The standoffs securely holds the PCB in place, providing space for double-sided soldering.

Advantages 

• No holes necessary for fixing the PCB
• Clamping mechanism fixes the board assembly during soldering

Process

1. Open the fixure bracket on all needed standoffs by pulling the bracket towards the screw 
   
2. Place the PCB on the 4 standoffs 
3. Close the fixure bracket on all needed standoffs by pushing the bracket to the other direction

Mit den PCB Arts Abstandshaltern können Sie problemlos doppelseitig bestückte Leiterplatten löten. Sie können die Leiterplatte innerhalb der Abstandshalter fixieren, um ausreichend Platz für das Löten auf beiden Seiten zu schaffen.

Vorteile

• Keine Löcher zur Befestigung der Leiterplatte nötig.
• Die Leiterplatte wird von den Abstandshaltern fest montiert.

Prozessablauf

1. Öffnen Sie den Hebel an allen erforderlichen Abstandshaltern, indem Sie die Halterung zur Schraube hin ziehen.
2. Platzieren Sie die Leiterplatte auf den 4 Abstandshaltern.
3. Schließen Sie den Hebel an allen erforderlichen Abstandshaltern, indem Sie die Halterung in die andere Richtung drücken.
