What is PCB Arts?
PCB Arts is a team of young, tech-savvy people whose mission is to share tools and know-how with other engineers.
How are the prices in the webshop to be understood?
The prices are always displayed in gross and net, the VAT of Germany is always displayed, which is currently 19%. Simply select your country-specific VAT. - Rate on the net price.
Which shipping service provider do you work with?
We cooperate with DHL, DPD, UPS and GLS. This varies depending on the product.
Do you also ship outside the EU?

How do I exempt myself from VAT as a business customer?
In your shopping cart you will find a VAT-ID input mask, if you fill it out, no sales tax will be required in the checkout process.

Does the Vapor Phase Two have CE certification?
Yes, the Vapor Phase Two has a CE certification, which can be requested via mail.
What is the maximum height for assemblies?
Assemblies up to 60mm high can be soldered in the Vapor Phase Two.
Which Galden is recommended?
For now we can recommend the LS230 Galden, other Galden Support will be implemented in new software releases.
Can the machine overheat?
Even in clocked operation, the Vapor Phase Two should not overheat. The internal radiators are designed for this. However, if the cooling water should get too hot, the Vapor Phase soldering system needs a few minutes of cooling time.
Is it normal to see the galden vapor coming out of the machine?
The Vapor Phase Two is very economical in terms of galden consumption. However, it may happen that a slight escape of galden vapor can be observed. This is due to the increased overpressure within the process chamber.
How well can the vapor phase soldering system handle high thermal masses?
Due to the fact that a vapor phase is built up within the process chamber, which contains a high thermal energy, even higher thermal masses are no problem for the Vapor Phase One.
How is the Vapor Phase Two shipped?
This will be shipped on a pallet.
How safe is the Vapor Phase Two?
We have implemented a great many security mechanisms. The mechanism for opening the process chamber is equipped with various sensors to eliminate the risk of crushing.
